"The Lynx is a powerful and inspirational story of courage and commitment to freedom. It is also a fascinating view of the story of Cuba during the Cold War. I highly recommend it!"

 - Admiral James Stavridis, USN (Ret.) Commander US Southern Command 2006-2009. Supreme Allied Commander NATO 2009-2011.  Author of "The Accidental Admiral."

VVictor “Nick” Nickolich. Born in Havana in 1951, he and his family were stranded following the 1959 Marxist takeover of Cuba.

The Lynx recounts his dramatic defection and ascent in the skydiving world. The book is praised by figures like Admiral James Stavridis and Colonel John Fenzel for its gripping storytelling and historical insight, likened to a real-life John le Carré thriller.
